Q: What kind of materials does Coastal Soul use?

Coastal Soul generally uses only sterling silver and 14k gold fill metals with genuine gemstones and natural findings that are allergy-friendly. We love to support eco-friendly artisans from around the world, and many of our imported treasures are made with natural components indigenous to the local area. Most items are handmade in small batches using native techniques passed down from generation to generation. Item descriptions have accurate information on materials used in each item, but questions and inquiries are always welcome - please email us at addie.coastalsouljewelry@gmail.com and we will do our best to answer your questions!

 Q: When will my order ship?

Some Coastal Soul jewelry pieces are made-to-order, such as rings, therefore your order will generally ship within 3-8 business days - though we try our best to ship as quickly as possible. Please note that this processing time is in additional to shipping and delivery time.

 Q: What method of shipment does Coastal Soul use?

We generally use USPS for shipping. Most items ship via First Class or Priority Mail, but shipping upgrades are available for an additional fee at checkout. All domestic shipments and some international shipments also come with complimentary tracking and delivery confirmation which will be emailed upon shipment of the order. Please note that if some items in the order are bulky, your order may arrive in more than one package.

 Q: How long will delivery take?

It will take about 3-8 business days for your order to be fulfilled and shipped. Upon receiving your email confirmation of shipment, the following delivery estimates are as follows:

DOMESTIC DELIVERY

First Class: 3-6 business days

Priority: 2-4 business days

Express: 1-2 business days

INTERNATIONAL

First Class: 2-10 weeks {generally 2-3}

Priority: 1-2 weeks

Express: 1 week

Coastal Soul is NOT RESPONSIBLE for customs, duties and/or taxes incurred on international packages. These fees are induced by the importing country, not the United States. If you do not agree that you may have to pay these fees, please request to cancel your order prior to shipment for a full refund, or refuse the package for a full refund less shipping costs. The refund will be issued upon return of the package.

  Q: Can I send an order to a gift recipient?

Absolutely! Let us know that an order is for a gift recipient and we will include a gift receipt with the order. Add a profesionally printed note card with handwritten gift message for $3 here:

 Q: What should I do if I have to make a return or an exchange?

Please give us a heads up and let us know if there is any problem with your order by emailing us at coastalsouljewelry@gmail.com. Qualified returns and exchanges are welcome within 7 days of confirmed USPS delivery. All returns must be in new, unworn/unused condition with all packaging intact and packed safely and shipped to:

Tracking and/or insurance on returns is recommended. We cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in the mail without tracking. Partial refunds are offered if deemed appropriate for returns not in original packaging/condition.
